MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY
The A Part Of Us , is a rewards program (“Program”) offered by The Better Craft Private Limited (“The Better Craft”) to its customers located in Singapore. Membership to the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of The Better Craft Private Limited and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. A Part of Us is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use A Part of Us under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
BY SUBMITING AN APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGRESS) TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER.
*Affiliates of The Better Craft may also have similar customer programs. Membership in the Program does not confer any rights or benefits in the program of any other The Better Craft affiliate.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A Part of Us is one way in which The Better Craft endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing at Lola’s Café. To enrol A Part of Us and receive program benefits, you will first need to create an account with us physically at the store or online at http://lolascafe.com.sg/loyalty-program
The A Part of Us registration process may require that you provide certain personal information using the online and/or registration form, including but not limited to: name, mobile number, gender, NRIC, date of birth, residential address, email address and marketing preferences.
By joining ‘A Part of Us’, you agree to allow The Better Craft to use your personal details for the purpose of:
i) performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
ii) verifying your identity;
iii) responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
(iv) managing your relationship with us;
(v) processing payment or credit transactions;
(vi) sending you marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and rewards schemes and other promotions;
(vii) complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
(viii) any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
(ix) transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes; and
(x) any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

EARNING AND REDEEMING PROGRAM REWARDS
Under the Program, you earn 1 point for every Singapore dollar spent* on products (excludes dessert table set up, events and/or workshops) in Lola’s Café. Purchases at other brands under The Better Craft do not qualify for points to be earned on these purchases. You must provide your mobile number associated to A Part of Us to have any points credited to your membership.
Points may be redeemed for rebates or rewards to be determined by The Better Craft in its sole discretion. Program members are able to redeem a minimum of 12 points for $1 off on a single receipt/table. There is no limit to the maximum points claimable per visit/year.
*no points will be earned for discounts, membership rebates/redemptions, GST, service charge (if any)
POINT EXPIRATION
It is our hope that you redeem your points on a regular basis. All points have ONE year expiration limit from the date the point is earned. If you have questions regarding the date of redemption or your last purchase, you may email us at loyalty@lolascafe.com.sg for more information.
In addition, points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled.
BIRTHDAY BENEFITS
Members of the Program is entitled to 10% off one transaction on the month of their birthday and 1 complimentary tall cake of choice with any purchase, valid ID is required. Non-transferrable. Cannot be combined with any other offers or employee discount. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by The Better Craft in its sole discretion at any time.
OFF PEAK DOUBLE POINTS
Members of the Program is entitled to double points collection (SGD1 = 24 points), during off peak periods; Tuesdays to Fridays from 2pm to 7pm, excluding eve of public holidays and public holidays. Cannot be combined with any other offers or employee discount. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by The Better Craft in its sole discretion at any time.
BENEFITS FOR EVENTS
Members of the Program is entitled to a free mini 2-tier cake with customised cake topper of their choice and/or waiver of 2 bottles of wine when they book an event at Lola’s Café. Events terms & conditions are applicable as well. Non-transferable. Cannot be combined with any other offers or employee discount. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by The Better Craft in its sole discretion at any time.
There are no membership fees associated with A Part of Us. The Better Craft may introduce promotion programs relating to A Part of Us whereby these Terms of Use may be varied as applicable to such programs.
Your points, benefits, and your account under A Part of Us are personal to you, and except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Use or the rules of a promotional program, may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others.
The Better Craft reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in A Part of Us if The Better Craft determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
The Better Craft also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for A Part of Us any account that has been inactive for three (3) consecutive years. In these Terms of Use, “inactive” is defined as having no purchase activity.
The Better Craft reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the A Part of Us at any time and in its sole discretion by posting the revisions to http://lolascafe.com.sg/loyalty-program without giving specific notice to you.
